Playing the Gauntlet

A random browser cookie keeps your daily attempt associated with this browser. Your nickname, score and result may appear on the leaderboard. This is not an account; clearing cookies or switching browsers creates another player identity.

Discovery statistics

We count visits, returning players who have previously started a run, starts, finishes, game displays and outbound clicks. Counts describe browser activity, not verified people or game completions. Referral sources are grouped as search, social, the Dles directory, other websites or direct/unknown. Full referrer URLs are not stored.

These first-party statistics reuse the existing browser session. They add no tracking cookie, advertising tracker or fingerprint. Temporary daily hashes prevent duplicate counts; they expire after two days during cleanup. Aggregate counts are kept for up to 400 days. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable this optional measurement.

Creator submissions

Game details, your creator name and your contact email are stored privately for review. The site operator may contact you about your submission and chosen partnership interests. Contact information is never published or added to a mailing list. Submissions are removed after 90 days during cleanup. Cleanup runs as requests arrive and can also be run by the operator; a quiet site may retain records until the next cleanup.

Hosting and external games

Cloudflare hosts the site and database and may process operational request logs under the site’s hosting configuration. Game links open their original websites, whose own privacy policies apply. We do not control those websites.
